Return and Refund

TechTonic BD Product Return & Refund Policy:

·         In the case of purchasing products from the shop, you must check and buy in front of the salesperson at the shop. Later problems will be covered under the warranty if the product has a warranty.

·         In the case of online orders, after receiving the delivery of the product, if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, it should be reported to our hotline within 24 hours. However, the product must not be scratched and the product box must be intact otherwise it is not exchangeable.

·         After receiving the product of the online order from the delivery man, if the box looks like it is not the product you ordered, then if you open the box and use the product and destroy the box, the product will not be exchangeable later.

·         Defective products are exchangeable from our shop. In this case, our experts will observe the defect in the product and take steps to change it.

·         If the buyer wishes to exchange or exchange the defective product through the delivery man, an exchange charge of Rs.200/- will be applicable. Only courier charges will be applicable for outside Dhaka. If the product is found broken or burnt/burned after delivery, the buyer shall bear the full responsibility of the product.

·         The product is not refundable or exchangeable if the product is not supported by your particular device or you are no longer willing to buy it after receiving the product from the delivery staff as per the description on TechTonic BD’s website.

·         Any kind of software/software license is not returnable or refundable after purchase.

·         Refunds may take 3 to 10 working days after product returns or acceptable reasons, and longer for online payments.

·         Refund charges are applicable for all types of mobile financial services / online gateway / POS payment refunds.

·         In the case of courier, the buyer must not accept the product from the courier if the product is broken or the packet is torn. If the product is damaged in courier, the buyer will accept it at his own responsibility and no complaint will be accepted later in this regard.

·         If the esteemed customer has received any kind of cashback at the time of payment, then the amount equal to the cashback will be deducted while making the refund.
